Special Board Meeting

The Delaware County Board of Elections will hold a Special Board Meeting on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. to:

• C. 121.22(G)(1) – consider the investigation of charges or complaints against a public employee;
• C. 121.22(G)(3) – conference with an attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action;
