Notice of public test of vote tabulation system

Section 3506.14 of the Ohio Revised Code requires Boards of Elections that utilize automatic tabulating equipment to test such equipment using a pre-audited group of ballots to ascertain that it will accurately count the votes cast for all offices and all questions and questions and issues.

This test must be completed prior to the start of the ballot count and public notice must be given of the time and place of the test.
