The Delaware County Board of Elections will declare the polls open and conduct a Regular Meeting.  This meeting may be recessed and reconvened periodically during the day as needed.

The Delaware County Board of Elections will meet to: Conduct the Public Test (8:30 a.m.) Rule on outstanding absentee and provisional ballots Conduct and certify the Official Canvass Open the May 2, 2023 Special Election audit Conduct regular board business At the end of the Official Canvass meeting, the board will recess until the May 30, 2023 board meeting.

The board will return from recess and certify the audit of the May 2, 2023 Special Election before continuing with regular board business.
